◈Built on Zcash
Token Factory lives on Zcash mainnet.
Every deploy and every burn is stamped on-chain as a certificate of exactly what you destroyed — kept on Zcash mainnet. One way. No escrow, no custody, nobody holding your funds. The tokens stop existing; the certificate is the only thing left.
Wallets connect over Zcash, pools and pairing hooks settle on Zcash, and every buyback-and-burn writes a certificate you can point to. Zcash is the only chain the Factory runs on.
01Overview
Token Factory is a launchpad built on Zcash mainnet that stamps a new token and welds it to something that already trades.
Most launchpads hand you a coin floating in a vacuum. The Factory pairs every coin it presses to a real, live market — a single stock, a single memecoin, any contract on-chain — or, for the first time anywhere, to a basket of up to ten assets at once. Your token's price is anchored to real order flow from the moment it leaves the line.
02How it works
- Describe it. Name, ticker, logo, description, socials, optional creator tax.
- Pick what it pairs to. One contract for a single pair, or up to ten for a basket.
- Deploy. Connect a Zcash wallet and stamp it — token, pool, and pairing hook go live in one transaction.
03Single pairs
A single pair welds your token to exactly one asset — any stock, any memecoin, any contract that trades.
Under the hood the Factory deploys a pool for your token and attaches a lightweight pairing hook bound to the target asset's address. The hook watches swaps and keeps your token's exposure routed against the paired asset, so price discovery tracks real movement on the thing it's welded to — enforced at the pool level on every swap, not by an off-chain oracle.
- You supply a contract address; the Factory reads it as the pairing target — no listing or permission needed from that project.
- Your token stays independent (own supply, holders, chart) but its market is anchored to the pair.
04Baskets of 10 WORLD FIRST
Instead of one asset, a basket welds your token to up to ten contracts at once — the first launchpad to do it.
How baskets are coded
Baskets are built on Uniswap v4 hooks. v4 lets a pool call into a custom contract at defined points in the swap lifecycle — beforeSwap and afterSwap — which is exactly where basket logic lives. On deploy the Factory:
- registers your ten leg addresses and weights in a basket hook on your pool;
- uses
beforeSwapto price your token against the weighted composite of all ten legs; - uses
afterSwapto rebalance exposure so the weighting holds after every trade; - settles atomically inside v4's singleton, so a ten-leg basket costs a fraction of ten separate pools.
// simplified basket hook (Uniswap v4)
function beforeSwap(PoolKey key, SwapParams p) returns (BeforeSwapDelta) {
Basket b = baskets[key.toId()]; // up to 10 legs + weights
uint256 px = 0;
for (uint i = 0; i < b.legs.length; i++) {
px += quote(b.legs[i]) * b.weights[i]; // weighted composite price
}
return priceAgainst(px); // anchor this swap to the basket
}
function afterSwap(PoolKey key, SwapParams p) returns (int128) {
rebalance(baskets[key.toId()]); // hold the weighting after the trade
routeFee(key); // 1% -> buy & burn $FACTORY
}
Single pairs use the same machinery with one leg at 100% weight — a basket of one.
05Fees & the furnace
Every coin made on the Factory carries a flat 1% fee, routed straight into buying $FACTORY on the open market and destroying it — certified on Zcash. Every coin the machine presses feeds the furnace.
Creator tax
Creators can set their own optional creator tax at deploy. That's yours — the 1% factory fee is on top and always goes to buyback & burn.
06The 10% tax
$FACTORY charges a flat 10% tax on every transaction — every buy and every sell.
The tax never sits idle. All of it is used to buy $FACTORY back off the open market and destroy it, permanently removing those tokens from supply. One way — no escrow, no custody, nobody holding your funds; a certificate on Zcash mainnet records exactly what was destroyed.
Together with the 1% fee on every coin the Factory makes, $FACTORY has two independent burn engines and no emissions — circulating supply only shrinks.
07$FACTORY
$FACTORY captures everything the machine does. It's the sink for the 1% fee on every coin, and it carries its own 10% transfer tax that also buys back and burns $FACTORY.
- 1% of every coin made → buy & burn $FACTORY.
- 10% tax on $FACTORY transactions → buy & burn $FACTORY.
- No emissions. Supply only shrinks.
08Leverage pairs COMING SOON
The next press on the line. Soon you'll be able to pair a token to any leveraged coin — long or short — so a launch can ride amplified exposure to its target instead of a spot 1:1 relationship.
Leverage pairs reuse the same hook architecture: the leg is a leveraged position and the pairing hook manages the amplified exposure and funding at the pool level. More torque, same factory.

09Create a coin
Hit + Create on the app. You set name & ticker, upload a logo, add a description / X / website, an optional creator tax, and your paired contract(s) — one for a single pair or up to ten for a basket. Connect a Zcash wallet, deploy, and it drops onto the line with its own chart and holders.
10FAQ
What chain is this on?
Zcash mainnet — every deploy and every burn is stamped on-chain, so there's a certificate of exactly what was destroyed. Pairing and baskets settle against existing liquidity; wallets connect over Zcash.
Can I pair to anything?
Any contract address you can paste — a stock, a memecoin, or an arbitrary token. Up to ten for baskets.
Where does the 1% go?
Straight into buying $FACTORY off the market and burning it. It never sits in a wallet.
Is this financial advice?
No. $FACTORY and coins made on the Factory are memecoins with no intrinsic value or expectation of return. DYOR.
